Shipping

Q: When will my item be shipped?

A: Item Shipping depends largely on what your order contains.

Handmade Items Only - The shipping time for all handmade goods with the exception of the 'ready to ship' section will have a processing time of up to 6 Calendar Weeks. These items are hand-made to order, and our fabrics are specially selected and not readily available to order quickly. I am a one-woman show, so things naturally take time to lovingly source and handcraft! This is not to say every handmade item will take 16 whole weeks, this is just a guideline and you may receive your items sooner. Please reach out if you need something in a rush, we will do whatever we can to accommodate your request.

Shop Items - Items such as grooming goods and anything under the 'Handmade Ready to Ship' Section will be posted within 3 working days as an average. We aim to get your parcels out as quick as possible so you can enjoy your goods quickly!

A mix of Handmade & Shop Items - If your order contains Handmade goods that are not 'Ready to Ship', our full 4-6 week processing time will apply. If you would like your shop items at the time of purchasing and have the handmade goods sent in a separate parcel, please process this as 2 orders. 

 

Q: What courier will my items be sent with?

A: For orders containing a Human Blanket, your items will be shipped with DPD.

For orders not containing a Human Blanket, your items will be shipped with Royal Mail on their 48 hour tracked service.

 

Bundles

Q: Can I swap out an item in a bundle?

A: No, these are set at specific price points and therefore nothing is changeable.

  

Handmade Goods - My item doesn't fit

Q: I have ordered an item but it doesn't fit my dog

A: We can accept returns if the item is in resalable condition. i.e. Unworn with tags still attached. We cannot accept any items back that have any sign of wear.

Alternatively we can accept exchanges, but please be aware a full 4-6 week proessing time will apply due to the handmade nature of our goods.

Buyer is responsible for return postage.

 

Q: I have a X kg 'insert chosen dog breed'. What size will I choose?

A: We get this question quite a lot and unfortunately, we are unable to advise. You must measure your dog as all dogs are different shapes and sizes.

For example, my cocker spaniel wear's a S robe, whereas my mum's cocker spaniel wears a M/L. Please please measure your dog to ensure the best fit and to avoid disappointment.

 

Returns Policy

We accept returns under certain criteria. Please reach out via the contact methods below along with your order number to discuss if you wish to process a return. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage with the exception, on occasions where an item my be faulty in which these cases will be dealt with individually.

 

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
